VOYAGEUR BWCA MAP 3 – ECHO TRAIL REGION

Map 3 highlights a scenic section of the Boundary Waters located north of Lake Vermilion, west of Burntside Lake, and south of the Echo Trail.

While some entry points feature long initial portages, the beautiful lakes and rivers beyond make the effort worthwhile. Notably, the Little Indian Sioux River South (EP9) offers a more secluded experience, with the fewest permits available of any BWCAW entry point.
