At Joe’s, we’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience—both in-store and online. That’s why we offer customer-friendly shipping options, including free ground shipping on most orders over $75 (with a few exclusions). Happy shopping from all of us at Joe’s!
Fast & Free Shipping Details
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75.
- Only items marked "Fast & Free Shipping Eligible" qualify for free shipping.
- For mixed orders (eligible + excluded items), shipping charges apply only to excluded items. Cart must have $75 in free shipping eligible items, regardless of total cart prices.
- Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Tracking is sent via email.
- Offer valid only in the contiguous U.S.
- Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.
- Heavy, oversized, and clearance items may not be eligible for free shipping.
- Offer not valid on previous purchases.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned orders.
- Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for fast and free shipping.
Examples of Free Shipping Exclusions:
- 1-piece fishing poles
- Large fishing nets
- Products over 36 inches long
- Products or orders over 9 lbs
- Skis and/or Ski Poles
- Snowboards
In-Store Pickup
- Wait for an email confirmation before coming to pick up your order.
- Pick up at the Customer Service front desk with a valid photo ID.
- Please have your ID and order number ready.
Additional Shipping Details
- Additional shipping/handling charges may apply for large or heavy orders.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. No weekend shipping.
- Once marked delivered by carrier, Joe's Sporting Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical address to avoid delays. If a P.O. Box is used, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Joe's is not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered to P.O. boxes or insufficient addresses.
Military APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Drop Ship Items
Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and are marked on their product pages. Processing and delivery times vary. Check the product page for details.
Large Freight (LTL)
Orders over 150 lbs may be shipped via LTL freight on a pallet. This ensures safe delivery of large items. Please contact customer service with your item list and shipping address for assistance.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping or ship to freight forwarding companies.

Back Orders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this occurs, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
