The blade has been completely reengineered for added strength and performance: its refined shape delivers a smoother forward stroke with minimal flutter, a noticeably stiffer feel, and a whisper-quiet entry and exit. Crafted from a thicker, fiberglass-reinforced nylon composite, the upgraded blade material offers reduced flex and enhanced durability, ensuring it holds up over time. Despite its robustness, the fiberglass-reinforced nylon still provides just the right amount of forgiveness, allowing the kayak to glide efficiently even when carrying extra gear.

At 102.5 square inches, the blade strikes the perfect balance between quick maneuverability and powerful propulsion. Its pronounced dihedral channels water cleanly, producing a silky-smooth forward stroke with zero flutter—so you conserve energy on longer outings. The traditional oversized design further boosts horsepower and control, making it ideal for high-angle paddling styles in flatwater kayaking, packrafting, racing, or kayak fishing.

The shaft is 100% carbon, the lightest material available, which translates to less fatigue and a more enjoyable experience on extended trips.
