To give anglers greater flexibility, RIO now offers “half sizes” of core trout diameters, including 4.5X, 5.5X, and 6.5X—perfect for situations where you’re deciding between standard sizes like 4X and 5X. Each standard spool contains 30 yards of top-quality tippet, while Guide spools are available with 100 yards (for smaller sizes) or 80 yards (1X and 0X) for anglers who go through a lot of fluorocarbon.
