1. SPONSORS
Joe’s Sporting Goods, 33 East County Rd. B, St. Paul, MN 55117
Simms Fishing, 177 Garden Drive, Boseman, MT 59718
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on April 20, 2026 at the opening of business (Central Time) and ends on April 26, 2026 at the close of business (5:00 PM Central Time) (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
In-Store Entry: During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing an official entry form in-store at Joe’s Sporting Goods.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
5. PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded: a Simms Challenger Jacket & Bib Set.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $660.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Joe’s Sporting Goods within five (5) business days following the end of the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner is not required to be present to win.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence, and any submitted content for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or damaged entries.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Minnesota.
12. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
13. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (including Facebook and Instagram).
14. WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Joe’s Sporting Goods FishFest Winner Request, Joe’s Sporting Goods, 33 East County Rd. B, St. Paul, MN 55117, within thirty (30) days following the end of the Entry Period.
